Blurb
Events in the ruins at Kir-Rss included some damage to the citadel. In the rubble, a hitherto unknown passage was found, leading to a sunken city below. The archaeologists want to check it out, and perhaps it holds the key to the defeat of Perrenland's enemies, but first it must be made safe. Are you up for the task? Set around Harvester - Patchwall 595 CY. For characters levels 313 (APLs 412).

ERRATA

Order of encounters. There is no requirement to run the encounters in the order they are written. Once the PCs get past Encounter 3, the remaining encounters happen in whatever order you feel is most appropriate to what the PCs are doing. For example, those with Ogg's information to assist them may well try to go straight to the vault, and they are welcome to do so.

One exception to this. Encounter 6 should happen before the PCs get to the vault at APLs 4 and 6, but at APL 8 and above, it's less of an issue.

Encounter 3 mentions the monsters location being marked on the DMs map. The locations were missed. The monsters come around the first of the corners marked on the map - either left or right side depending which side the PCs are travelling down (if they're flying right down the middle, pick one). That's where they've set their ambush, or that's where they'll mutually stumble into the PCs if there is no ambush.

Encounter 4b mentions the location of the book is on the DMs map. It isn't on the map, so you need to put it in a secret compartment in the altar (DC 20 Search to find).

Encounter 4d says the librarian waits until the PCs are at least 30 feet in from the door before acting. It also says the building is about 30 feet to a side. The correct text should say the librarian waits until the lead PCs are 20 feet from the door. The part about someone getting to the desk remains unchanged.

Encounter 5 should ideally be the last encounter, as the PCs are on their way out of the complex. It needs to take place as the PCs cross an intersection, since at APLs where there are two foes, one attacks from the front and the other from the side street, and except for the beholders the bad guys will try to flank if at all possible. If there are svirfneblin present, they take no part in the combat and are not targetted by the creature(s) unless all the PCs are down.
